These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sunwise app. By using Sunwise, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use Sunwise only for lawful purposes and are responsible for your account activity and sun exposure choices.
Sunwise provides general sun safety and wellness guidance for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use sunscreen, shade, hydration, and protective clothing as appropriate.
UV and weather values come from third-party data services and may differ from actual local conditions. Notifications may be delayed or limited by device settings.
Shade scan outputs are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not treat them as professional medical or dermatological advice.
You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide shade scan and related app features.
Sunwise Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription with Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), and Yearly (1 year) plans. Current prices are displayed in the app before you subscribe. A 3-day free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You manage, cancel, or request refunds through your Apple App Store account settings. Billing is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms—not by Sunwise directly.
Privacy practices for subscription and account data are described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 6 and 9).
You may permanently delete your Sunwise account in the app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion removes your sign-in and on-device app data. See our Privacy Policy Section 9.2 for details.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, or upload unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Sunwise is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
